Alaskan Malamutes

Our foundation bitch, Dankatcha's Hot Fuss Over Koromandel (Connie), came back from maternal duties to take 3rd in Limit Bitch at Crufts under breed specialist Jill Broadberry, and narrowly missed out on her stud book number at Scotland taking Res in Open Bitch.
We are now campaigning her first litter, sired by Top Malamute of 2007, Tuvaurat Made In America JW ShCM, who are really making their presence felt.
Our own Koromandel Somebody Told Me (Absinthe), has been having a fabulous puppy career so far, THE HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE....
BPIB at only her second championship show, under Finnish judge Marja Talvitie.
Puppy stakes winner (Working and Toy Day) at Three Counties
BPIB AT South Wales Kennel Association
BPIB (from a breed entry of 33 puppies) followed by winning the Puppy Group and BPIS at NWPBA Group Championship Show! And most recently RBPIS at Harrogate & District open show

Her handsome brother Koromandel Mr Brightside, owned Elizabeth and Martin Pollock in Scotland, took Best Puppy Dog at The National, and 2nd in PD at SKC, to add to his numerous BP and puppy group placings at Open show level.

And not forgetting sisters Koromandel Glamourous Indie (pictured below), owned by Charlotte and Kirsten Druce, who took RBPIS at the White Rose Canine Society limited show, and BPIB at Blackpool and Koromandel Midnight Show at Austmans who has also had BPIB and puppy group placings at open show level.

Finally, at SKC we were thrilled when 'Bandit', Dankatcha's Shri of Aaktuq, who is exclusivley handled by Jenny for Sue and Roger Bellamy (and Connie's older brother), took his Stud Book number with 3rd in Open Dog.

"At 10m this young lady really impressed with her lovely outline and general good conformation. Really well built with good bone structure. Typical head, good mouth and bright, intelligent eyes. Good shoulders nicely laid, well angulated rear quarters. Steady, sound movement. I was pleased to award her BPIS later." Alan Brown
Our thanks go to Jan Sapsford who let us have Connie, and Kris Hunter for letting us use Sherman, look out for the girls in 2008!
